Refund and Return Policy

At Depopar, we aim to maintain customer satisfaction at the highest level. Therefore, we implement the following policies to facilitate returns and refunds in case of any dissatisfaction with our products.

Return Conditions

You can return products purchased from Depopar under the following conditions:

• A return request must be made within 14 days after receiving the product.
• The products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
• All accessories and gifts that came with the product must be returned.
• Custom orders and personalized products cannot be returned.

Return Process

The return process includes the following steps:

• Send your return request to info@depopar.com via email.
• Upon approval of your return request, send the product you wish to return to us in its original packaging with the invoice.
• Once the product reaches us, its condition will be inspected to assess compliance with the return conditions.
• Upon approval of the return, a refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval of your return request and receipt of the returned product. The refund timeline may vary depending on your bank's processing procedures.

Exceptions

Returns and refunds cannot be processed in the following cases:

• Products not in their original packaging, used, or damaged
• Products returned after the 14-day period
• Custom orders and personalized products
